Urgent request to photoshop users! Please

Hello!
I just had an urgent call to photoshop this bald man with long hair.
I realised I have no idea how all this works and I’m rush. So some help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Also, a bit of information on why you want somebody to put long hair on the man, and why it is such an urgent task to modify such a small, low quality image.

the quickest way is to cut the hair of an existing picture of a man with hairs with pen tool in photoshop and adjust it on the baldy's head.

This looks like someone took his image using webcam. Checked the new hair styles and thought how the long hair would look on him.. and send the image to OP ..
