Urgent help!!

Hi Guys,

I know most threads are urgent but i really need urgent help! One of my colleagues and good friends is moving to Austria for good and she loves pugs and penguins. I need a pic shopped. There is a beagle dog in the picture holding cards but i want that to be a pug if possible. I've attached a pic of a pug as well. Typical googly eyes which look in opposite direction and that open mouth which looks like the dog is smiling. I'm looking for that expression on the pugs face. The graphic style should be the same of the dog as the whole pic. Like it would be painted. So it should blend in like the pug would be in the original pic. Im leaving for holiday on wednesday and tomorrow will be her last day at the office and by that time i would need the pic so i can frame it for her as well Any help would be much appreciated
