Urgent Help - Remove Text

Dear All,

I have three photos that i need to remove some text from, i thought i was fair with photo shop and have agreed to a deadline of Sunday to amend 3 photos.

However, they have a lot more shading than i thought they would and i am struggling can any one please help ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated and any tips for my learning would help me do this for myself next time

Made a selection with the pen tool new layer copy near colour brush in over penned area add darker edges maybe to suit.

Thank you very much this really helps. And definately not getting paid, it's a favour for my new girlfriends dad so trying to make a good impression

Cool, just use the pen tool to draw a line around the font, then make a marching ants colour in add darker for effect around some edges job done.

Wow how did you do that so precisely? My attempts are shocking
