hi everyone...

i just thought i would post the latest on my performance problem...

i have removed some programs i no longer really used ...defragged all my drives...removed the prefs file an allowed photoshop to recreate another...set my windows swap file on my main drive only to 600 meg...put the photoshop memory back to 50 %...plus a few other things that i cant remember....
the good news is i didnt have to reformat an it seems to be running better than it was...

once again ...to all who replied and offered there help and advice ...i thank you ...it was appreciated very much ....i hope that one day i am able to return the favour...
