Specific Unskew and sharpen/enhance b//w photo

The gurus have worked miracles for me so I hope they can help with this request. The attached image is almost 100 years old and I am not able to get an original copy. Is it possible to deskew the image and sharpen/enhance a little? This is part of my local history research and I would be very appreciative - best wishes Roger
