Unsibscribing from ALL threads at once?

My phone is hooked up to my email, and it's vibration is very strong (i need it on incase of phonecalls/texts, although very few come in, they are usually important) and i get emails notifying me of replies to threads i responded to ages ago that i no longer have an interest in/want to know about.
all because i forgot to turn off the auto subscribe at the beginning so i was blissfully unaware at first.


Is there a way of unsubscribing to all threads at once? I don't fancy going through all the pages of threads i've responded to, just to keep my phone quiet.

you could try under general settings setting the notifications to daily or weekly that way you will only get 1 email a day or week and if you want to watch the thread closely you can set it to instant again or hourly even I believe
