underexposed photo

I have photos taken by mobile phone, all the photos are dark(underexposed).How to correct those Photo?

choose your favorite photo editing program... then choose levels...
chances are, from most mobile phones, once lightened you will have lots of noise...
most noise is in the color, as a last resort, you can convert to B/W...
