Uncle Sam Request! NEED HELP, BROTHERS!!!

Hey PS fans, could someone acquainted with Photoshop do me a simple favor?! I'd do it if I wasn't so inept with photo manipulation! I can't pay but I'll be eternally grateful, you bet it!!

There's this Uncle Sam pic and I want to change the "I WANT YOU" for "CS WANTS YOU", with the same font type, font size and font color. Also, I'd like to ask to remove that "Mongomery Flagg" small text.

I added some kind of effect so i can improve the quality of the picture , how about that ?
