Typing Webdings

Is there a way to type characters like Webdings or Wingdings in the text box when using PS.

You could use Windows' character map; start/programs/accessories/system tools/charactermap. You can make a shortcut for it on your desktop and what you have to fill in for location is C:\WINDOWS\system32\charmap.exe

In charactermap you can select the charcters you need and then click on copy and paste them in Photoshop with Ctrl+V (text tool has to be active).

I'm not surprised if the Mac turns out to have a similar program, just use that one instead.
