can anyone tell me the website where i can get video tutorials for picture retouching in Photoshop(Any Version).Examples will be prefered.

Have you tried a web search? There are all types out there, for all levels, some free, some low-cost. It all depends on what you are looking for.

Try www.dogpile.com, with the keywords Photoshop Photo Retouch video tutorials. I'm sure you'll find something you like.
