Tutorial Question

Ok I was browsing tutorials and came across www(dot)photoshopgurus(dot)com/forum/forum-tutorials/29254-superhero-landing-tutorial(dot)html He said there were instructions in the file, but how do I see these instructions? All I see when I open the file is the same picture that was posted.

What photoshop version do you have?, mine opens the file in image ready with the drop down in the layers box on the right.
