Illustrator Tutorial circle with transparency and colors mixed

Hello guys I am having difficulty in learning this technique of mixing colors with transparency and rotation, using various color modes masi without success, can anyone help me, I put a picture before the hundred years of my city, I really want to learn this technique, below the 2 images one is this site:

My biggest difficulty is the combination of colors
I think it's the same technique as the above image I want to learn.

you're close to getting a hang of it, alex.

All you need is to experiment more on the layer modes to understand it's effects.

If its the way the color mixes that you are concerned of, it's because you used a lighter shade of color as compared to the original.

Another point you might consider is sometimes you might need a mask on areas where some colors intersect in order to add a different effect or hue.

Other parts may have been deleted like the white blank areas within a circle.

I noticed that too dv8_fx, used the patch finder and divide to make removal, will open a new project and create a banner on top of ideas to see if it gives a result

good guys, I'm really dedicated to learn this technique blends modes and transparency, this premature and that image is just for someone to tell me if I'm on the right track, and how to get the colors more vivid? a question, users have adobe illustrator here? or forum posts is more geared to photoshop?
