Turn Image Into Pencil Sketch

Hi going off topic here but i can't figure out how to post a new thread of my own so hope you don't mind me asking me question here. i found two images of walter white from breaking bad and was wondering how the second image was made from the first anyhelp really appreciated, thanks

As to your question, it's obviously a manually drawn caricature.

My favourite way of doing this is the Topaz Simplyfy filter. You can a full function 30 day trial if want to give it a go. The trick is that once you have used the filter, set a soft brush to Overlay mode, and paint with White to remove the faint lines, and black to strengthen the dark lines. This took two minutes. You could do better with more time.

The second image was definitely drawn by a caricaturist/illustrator.

Probably sketched out, then traced in Illustrator.
