This is a tuff one I think. I have those 2 options I want to use as bumps in PS.
1. Which one is best to use in order to have penetrated text (or maybe none?)
2. Assuming either's ok, how to use it as bump?
Tnx

Hi Duga Longsbi. I'm not exactly sure this is what you are after but... In this example I used the Horizontal Type Mask Tool and typed in the text, Bump. I saved the selection as an alpha channel (like the black/white inset) and then used the Lighting Effects filter and loaded the Alpha Channel as a bump map and unchecked White is High. Is that sort of what you are after? (Once you have an alpha channel of the text, shape whatever, you can use the Gaussian Blur on that channel to soften the edges of the effect.)
