Trying to look realistically creepier?

Hey guys,

I'm totally new to the forum so don't kill me if I posted this in the wrong place. I have here a picture of me acting creepy, and I tried making myself look a bit creepier (without going overboard)+clean up my face but it didn't work out as planned. Can somebody pull this off, and tell me step-by-step how it's been done? Thanks.

Copy original image, on new layer liquify and blow one eye up and the other shrunk, moved nose around and made bigger smile. coloured hair, applied tin meat duplicated and saved, enjoy your meal.
