I started with the face as requested and couldn't stop myself and tried to fix the rest, so it's not exactly what you asked sorry.

This types of edits aren't my strong point which is why I decided to take it on.
Quite a bit of work for me but I think close to what the OP wants...necks a little red buy hey, they're out in bright sun...
