Trying to create a logo

Hi all,
I'm trying to create a logo using photoshop. All I need to do is make the word Radio upside down but look exactly like Paravision and I want radio underneath the PV. If anyone could coach me or tell me on how to do it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Text on a Path in Photoshop

You would want to make a full circular Path around PV. Use the text tool by clicking onto the top of the path and put in your top word. Then duplicate the path and put your lower word on the bottom part of the duplicated path. Use the Direct Selection tool to move the text as needed.

Here is a good tutorial for doing it in Adobe Illustrator, it works pretty much the same way in Photoshop: Follow Me! Type on a Path in Illustrator CS3.
