Specific Transform background colors

Hello all,

I use this photo for PowerPoint presentations as a cover slide. But it's not high definition and it looks weird when i print the slides. Plus is consumes a lot of ink.
I want to keep the general design of the photo, but i want to sort of change/swap the colors between the background and the drawing:
- The background in white/whitish colors
- The "electric flames" in the dark blue/bluish colors
