126..just a baby then...   I have started saving after every step i take , especially after loosing some psd files some time ago.. I  have a separate folder on an external hard drive where i store the files and can be easy referenced. 

I get so frustrated some times when it takes me ages to learn something , I must take a leaf out of your book and take the time to structure my layers into groups etc.  I already do smart objects/layers as you do so things can be changed, Like i said to Alb.. still a novice and learning.

I still have loads to learn before i can help others like Alb... Yet there are so many different ways of doing the same thing in Photoshop i don't want to give the wrong advise..

I just do things the way i know and are comfortable with and the end result.. might take me longer but that's ok
