Tiny Menu in photoshop

I have the Creative Suite 6 and once it was installed on a new machine the menus are so small I can't even see them. I have looked in preferences and don't see a way to enlarge them. Any suggestions?

You did not mention the OS your were using nor the monitor (type and resolution).
Yet here is a link with what others have mentioned if you are using Windows 10
