Tie fix?

Hello everyone- I have a basic photoshop question. I recently had my photo taken for a school application, but just noticed my tie is messed up in it. Do you think it would be possible to alter the picture to where my tie appears to be filling my collar? Thank you!

This isn't an easy fix for a novice but it is fairly straight forward.
1 Select your tie and copy to a new layer
2 select you shirt and copy to a new layer below the tie
3 seperate the sides of you shirt
4 warp them together
5 warp the tie to fit
6 mask anything that need hidden
