hello. Im trying to re create the inner part of this leaf ish thing but im not sure of the best way to do it, can anyone help asap?

It may help if you show the image in it's entirety. This little screen shot is a little too small to make a good guess. But I would say Brush Tool based on what I see.

This was created by a designer named Azpr18. I'm not at all certain as to what platform she uses to create her work. You could contact her and ask.

But it looks painted. Here is an example of her working on a piece.....


If your planning on using Ps, my best guess is still the Brush Tool.
