This Band Is HUGE!

Howdy all! This is my first post here and would love to get your insight, critique and input. This was a quick job, so there are quite a few things that bug me about it. But for the time and budget, I'm satisfied. Thanks in advance for the pointers!

I like it as well but if it were mine, i would fix some of the lighting, it's washing out a lot of the band members...

I agree. The lighting takes away from the band members. Good work though.
