This is just personal for me, but the blush on her cheek is a bit extreme. it comes off as looking like she was backhanded a bit too hard by her pappy. Still very beautiful though. :)
 
I like the idea and the separate elements. I like the way they're assembled. I think they just need a bit more done to make them work together better.

The orchids have a different quality from the girl; she is more fleshed out, more dimensional. The girl's face does have a bruised look but I think that is mainly because it is such a different style. If the flowers had more of this kind of shading, I think they would blend more smoothly.

My main concern is the huge area of w-h-i-t-e. I don't see what purpose it serves. I think perhaps you meant it to be a diagonal counterpoint to the black and the images, but it is really harsh and confusing. The focus is lost.

Just looked at your web design. Very nice. No, better than nice!

I like the name Pitch Black; interesting and different.

So then, is the Flower Girl one of your drawings?
