you have got two W wiki war.
you may consider using that as the base, unless like rickymartins says on your company theme if you have got it.
your first idea looks a bit too general use to me, correct me if i'm wrong.
be original, be creative. i would not go to colorful.
 
That will be the hardest part, the concept. First, draw all your ideas in a paper which incorporates your company theme. Then maybe choose the closest one.

yes i have the idea but i dont know use photoshop to design
you can help me ?
 
not many people here are working for free.
i would do free design in particular cases only, such as ngo, children aid, human rights, etc.
word "war" doesn't fit in.
