The simple answer. Any logo on a transparent background can serve as a template that can be added to any BG texture including glass. The embossing can be done by adding a layer style to the logo layer.
If your referring to a mock-up template then that can be done as well. Psd mockups are made with photos or design layers. They are usually edited with smart objects where you can place your design inside or on any surface.
