Template for Changing Hairstyles in Photoshop

I want to alter a photo of Kate Gosselin to create a template that people can use to change her hairstyle in Photoshop. I thought about removing her hair, but in the photos of her that I can find, her hair is covering part of her face. Should I remove her hair and replace part of her face? If yes, how do go about doing this? If no, is there another way?

You should use the Clone stamp to replace the covered face. First get an extra layer and sketch in the missing part as guide than clone it.

The last tool you should use for this is the clone stamp tool.... sigh
