Tee Shirt template transparent with texture

Hi
I am trying to put together a website to sell T Shirts. I am trying to create a template with a transparent layer of the T shirt shape but retain the shadows and creases. I have one I down loaded so I know it is possible but I require one for each style shirt I intend to sell. Everything I try wipes the texture of the shirt. Many thanks any help offered.

Many thanks, that's a great tool and I will certainly use it but I was after being able to create my own templates for different T shirt styles like Ladies fit and hoodies, I have attached a screen shot of the template I already have (with yellow as the shirt color) this works great I just need to set the other up in the same way.
