Specific Tattoo design

Hello! I'm trying to design my next tattoo but my skills are up to the test.

I would like to have the windsock inside a circle with the compass directions a bit offset. Also if it could have some kind of a 3D look it would be great!

I like what I've done here but don't think it's tattoo-able... if that even a word.
