Tablet Problem

My graphics tablet works everywhere (including older versions of photoshop) except on CS4.
I cant use the pen pressure option, and even without pen pressure selected the pen can only draw a dot instead of a straight line. I know its a common problem, but i cant find the solution anywhere. Please help.

hey, I have an Imac, and I just updated my photoshop to CS4, and my genius tablet (that works great in PS CS) is now only doing dots instead of lines... any idea of how to solve this?
