Surrounding of the picture is too big

Hi,

after a new installation of Photoshop 2023, I have an issue with the working space as it's too big. There are scrollbars even though the picture is small, and it's no need to scroll anywhere. How can I get rid of them?

Uncheck/tick "Overscroll" under the Tools preferences, and the scroll bars should go away until you zoom in.
