Illustrator Student familiar with illustrator program

What is the best way to find a student who has knowledge of the illustrator program and looking for some part time work on a project I am doing at my laser cuts business? I am not looking to get lectured by people about how graphic designers get tons of money for this kind of work. I am looking to learn some relatively beginner type things and thought a student with some experience in the beginner type functions could benefit at the same time. I know there is an enormous amount of knowledge that goes into learning and mastering this program, but what I am looking for is probably beginner type information. Thank you in advance to anyone who has ideas.
