Hello, I'm trying to make number 5 strokes like it's on number 2, but I can't find a way to not let it be rounded, I searched all over google for this but didn't find what could help me. I did that number 2 around three years ago and now I don't know how to do that again.

Thanks.

Hi Allisson

Start with a slightly larger character and stroke on the inside of the letter instead of the outside and see if that helps.

Hope that works for you

Hi Allisson,
Did you try copying the effects applied on central '2' onto number '5'? This way:
Make a copy of '5' layer, make the original '5' layer invisible.
Delete all effects on the copied '5' layer.
Now copy the effects applied on central '2' onto copied '5' layer.

Let us know if that worked?

Remember in addition to the two excellent ideas you have had suggested above, stroking a letter or number is not limited the use of a Layer style. There are other options.

Here I have the number 5.

If I copy that layer, convert it to a shape layer.
Then use the Pen Tools (set to path) tools options bar
I can adjust the stroke in many different ways

I can then still add any layer style to the stroke layer I wish.

This video explains one method.
