Strange problems with Photoshop CC

Hello everyone.
A few days ago, all of the fonts on my laptop disappeared for some reason, which made me reinstall them all, except the composite fonts. The thing is, right after that, my Photoshop CC started having this problem. It's hard to describe it, so I'll just post some screenshots here.

As you can see, I can't set or edit sizes of my images, and it doesn't show any texts in the history & layers columns, as well as other areas. I suspect this has something to do with my font system problem, but after searching for solutions on the Internet, nothing came up. I've also tried using the CS6 installed on my laptop, and it experienced the same problem. I even deleted my CC and installed another one, at first it worked fine, but then it became like this again.
If you guys have any ideas about solving these problems, please please tell me. Thank you in advance.

Hi Yeori,

Photoshop uses Flash (yawn), for all the panels within it.
From the looks of it, and the fact that both CS6 AND CC are having the same problem, AND on different machines I'd say it was more a FLASH PLAYER issue than a Photoshop issue....yeah I know, nothings ever simple with Adobe.

I'd suggest checking that "Flash Player" is as up to date as it can be.
Without a seconds thought I'll also say use the following Adobe un-install instructions to do so:

Flash Player Help / Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

That page has everything on it you need.

Once Un-installed do a search for the ".msi version" of the latest Flash Player....this has proved to be the most reliable as opposed to the automated version that Adobe push you into using from their web page.

If you are using Windows, and it looks like you are, then also install the Internet Explorer version of Flash Player as well....this is also available as an ".msi" file.

Without both the IE and "other browser", (As Adobe put it), versions installed and working properly Photoshop will fail to produce its "Panels" correctly.

If that fails then I dunno, sorry.

Regards.
MrTom.

Thank you so much for your solution!! I've tried following the steps and my Photoshop CC is working fine now (can't be certain that the problem won't appear again though). Anyway, thank you very much! :yourock:
