Straighten tool doesn't work properly in PS CS6

Hello everyone

I'm trying to use the straighten tool in PS CS6 after using the ruler tool to mark the horizon line in one of my pictures, but the straightened photo has white/grey borders where the original picture was before. I haven't had this problem on PS CS5.

Anybody knows how to fix this?

Instead of using the ruler select the crop tool. Look at the tool options at the top and select the level icon, it says Straighten. This will do an auto crop like in CS5.
