Editing the Smart Filter.
(Note: We are not editing the Smart Object…………that’s a different procedure!)

Select/highlight the “Plane copy 3” layer by clicking once on the body of the layer in the layers panel.

Double-Click on the “BLUR GALLERY” text at the bottom of the layer.

Doing this will re-open the Blur gallery and specifically the Path Blur. You can make any changes to the Path Blur you wish, when your done hit OK.
