Here are my latest screen shots from following your steps.

I did have one comment/question on one step. You stated to

Select your Move Tool.
Use the DOWN directional arrow key on your keyboard to move the “Plane copy 2” layer down.
Position just below the “Plane copy 1” image.
(Note: You can hold down the shift key to speed up the movement)

Shouldn't that really say, "Plane copy 3" layer down? The "Plane copy 2" layer is hidden and no eye-ball on it.

I moved "Plane copy 3" layer instead and followed all the rest of your instructions.
