I've been working on a poster for my son lately. Please help me with the streaks and background lighting effects.
I was hoping someone could show me how the back ground effects are done in these posters:
Sports photography & Custom Sports Photography Action Posters Minnesota
Obviously there are several layers for different effects. Each poster is customized/colored to match the team colors etc.
Here's what I have so far:
I'm using PS CS.
