Specific Special picture for my BF!

I'm the girl in the second photo below and I want to make a special picture of us for my bf.

My request is to remove the background in my photo, and make it look like I'm kissing him and not that kid.
Its very last minute but I hope I can get results by tomorrow morning, if impossible thats fine. XD
