Space Bar no longer temp changes present tool to Hand/move tool.

Hi,

after a recent photoshop update to the latest 25.0.0 version, I find that holding down the space bar no longer changes the present tool I am using to the Hand/move tool, till I release the bar and the tool reverts back to what I was using before.. Why. ? how do I get it back.?

i found that little tool, being able to clone around an images, and the hold the space bar to move theime, and then keep on retouching as one of the most important features of photoshop.

don't know why it changed and have no clue how to get it back.

any hints would be appreciated.

Hi, thanks. the only other program I have open at the time is Safari. and I have the Keyboard accessibility all turned off. but now I am aware of where the problem lies, I will try a few things next time I have time to play around.
