Some help with textures

Hello!

So, I'm working with multiple layers, but I want different texture (from a jpg pic) on them. Ofcourse I can just put the texture over it and paint around it, but with the amount it'd so much time.

Therefore I'm wondering if/how I can place the texture over the object, use a blend mode and it'll only cover the said object (the background is white)?

It's a bit difficult to understand exactly what it is your asking without a bit of visual help. Can you post some images with a more detailed description of what your asking?
