some assistance!

If you mean to get a frosty effect and water drops like this:-

Duplicate the bottles and make it B&W, and lots of noise then lots of blur. Set the layer blending to screen and the opacity to about 50%. create a layer mask and delete the tops and labels of the bottles quite roughly and then feather the mask so the frostiness blends in. For the drops of water, create a new layer and set the blending options to divide and opacity to about 65% and do random white dots on the plastic parts of the bottles. the bottoms of the bottles will have a higher density of drops.

That being said, the edges of the bottles are atrocious, and I have had to put an inner glow the same colour as the background to hide it. You get a smoother edge in selection if you learn how to use the pen tool. There was also still white background between two of the bottles. If this is for a paying customer, I would sort the edges out before going any further, as you will probably be asked to re do it, or just not get paid. The inner glow may cover it up on a plain white background, but it would not work so well on a multi coloured background.

Hope this helps.

the only thing i really notice is the drops of water. i followed the steps to get the water but nothing shows up. new layer, set layer style to divide with 65% opacity and do white dots... nothing shows up.
