Smoothing out lines

I created a hexagon image and made different color triangles within this hexagon. I used a drop shadow to create black lines separating these triangles and around the border of the hexagon. All of these lines are very rough and pixelated. I have been looking all over online for a solution and have tried many but nothing has seemed to work. Does anyone have any solutions for me? Help is much appreciated! :)View attachment 7 elements G.psd

The picture has too small resolution, that is why the pixels are so large, try to do it with a larger size of the picture.

I made the hexagon shape then used the rectangular marquee tool to make a thin bar from one side to the other then duplicated the layers and rotated them to make this:

As Peta has said and as I have done, needs to be bigger to lose jagged lines.

Okay that makes since now. I resized the original image making it smaller before I added in the lines. Thank you guys for the help!
