Smoothing Clothing Bulges

I'm working on a fashion images that has unsightly bulges. The subject is wearing a shirt over another shirt and bra creating lumbps and bulges that I want to edit out. I've tried healing, cloning, liquifying but because the exterior clothing layer has intricate textures and patterns, nothing seems to work seemlessly... Well, at least nothing that I've tried. Any suggestions?
