Smooth Realistic metal skin

Hi Gurus,

I want to make the skin smooth and shiny of the metallic portrait attached. The skin has pores and it looks distorted. I have attached the pictures (portrait.png and portrait2.png). I want the desired skin like the queen.png.

Your provided image is very small.
