Hi everyone,
I got confused with the smart objects in Photoshop cs2.
When you File > Place a composition into an open composition you actually got a son composition. If I rename or even delete the son, Photoshop still find the son.
When I convert a layer into a smart layer (right click > convert to smart object) , the son is saved as a psb somewhere in the system. Its not so friendly.
What going on there? Does Photoshop transplant the smart object when you open the main psd? Does it save all the sons as a part of the main psd? What will happened when I open it in different system or other cs2+ versions?
Thanks
S
