Specific Small piece of cloth color change on character art.

I would like to kindly request assistance again with minor detail. Attached character art has a pieces of cloth around her arms that has this ugly yellowish-greenish color. Could someone please be so kind to change it to white cloth color? Thank you very much in advance!
