Specific Small detail removal from picture

Hello. Can I kindly ask for assitance of removing this glowing "crosshair" light symbol from mouth of that robot head in picture attached? So it looks like it was never there.

I need this for my SF project but that strange glowing symbol at his mouth destroys effect. Thank you!
