Specific Slightly damaged old photograph needs restored

Picture of my dad There are a bunch of white spots on the photograph that need to be fixed and can some color be brought back to it? It looks old and grungy to me but would look awesome with a little more color that sticks out. Also, there is a brown spot above my dad's head, that covers one of the trees, I'm not sure if anything can be done about that or not?
