Slight cleanup request

Hello all. New to the forum... seems like a great place.

I snapped this pic at a birthday party a few weeks ago and just noticed it's almost a decent shot. I know the jacket is distracting and should have brushed her hair... anyway.

I took care of a couple other issues, but could someone please clean up the area of the corner of her mouth for me. I'd GREATLY appreciate it and I'm sure her parents will love the pic. Also, what would be the ideal tool for doing this sort of work? I have CS2, but I'm a hack photographer at best and even worse with PS.

That one has more than just a smudgy mouth. The color is wayyyy off too.
